Last night I linked my earrings,
two hoops dangling sea glass beads,
and tossed them on a table.
Anna spied them this morning,
and slipped them on her fingers.
"I got a bell, mommy!
Ding-ding-ding-ding-ding!"
Her dimpled hands wiggle-shimmered.
Her smile lit the rooms of my heart.
