This image is one I'm using for bedroom re-decor inspiration, but only because it represents our dark walls/platform bed starting-point.

Yup, it's true, we're finally beginning the bedroom redecorating process: (photos to come, promise) K first removed the tacky chair rail, then stripped the country-kitsch, mini-print wallpaper, revealing quite a few scary-looking cracks in the plaster---conveniently hidden beneath said shoddily-applied paper, of course! After repairs and sanding, we painted the room a deep blue-grey (Benjamin Moore's TWILIGHT). All trim is white.

Now, here's my question: does anyone else have dark greyish bedroom walls, and if so, what palette did you choose for your bedding, and what color did you paint your ceiling?
